Ik heb in veel mooie orkesten en met fantastische muzikanten gespeeld maar deze muziekstukken zijn mijn eigen creaties. Ik houd van deze stukken, van de muzikanten en het repertoire. Wij spelen dit genre omdat het ons werk is, maar vooral ook omdat het onze passie, onze opgave en ons levensdoel is. Als wij het niet spelen, wie zal het dan spelen?
